Wherein we get to read "No Nothing" from Another Chicago Magazine and So Different Now at a Lauryn Allison Lewis solo/down release party rife with an endlessly wonderful collection of writers, and you, if you so choose, get to listen to a podcast that captures all of it in a most lovely fashion indeed.

Here.

Holy talking illustration and The New York Stories with the Laura Szumowski for the Another Chicago Magazine tour stop and such.

We are ACM and we are Szumowski and it is lovely. And such.

Things we are looking forward to in the new year, Part Three - Another Chicago Magazine. Issue 50.2. The Chicago Issue.

2011 Chicago Book Expo joyousness tomorrow.

Quite excited, and even intrigued, maybe, to be 2011 Chicago Book Expo tomorrow. We will be CCLaP table at 4:00pm and then Cursbide Splendor/Another Chicago Magazine reading at 5:00pm. We expect much joyousness to be had by all and we hope to see you there. Cool? Excellent.

ACM 50. The Chicago Issue. Photo shoot. Vogueing. Punching. And outtakes.

The quite stellar ACM - Another Chicago Magazine is celebrating its 50th issue, with not one, but two volumes focused on Chicago writers and their work, some of which is based in Chicago and some not, and we are way honored, and humbled, to have a story appearing in Volume Two. We are also thrilled to have participated in the ongoing ACM 50 photo shoot being led by TBWCYL, Inc. favorite, This Podcast Will Change Your Life quasi-double podcastee and ACM editor Jacob S. Knabb, a.k.a, Harold Ray, and today we thought we would share some of the outtakes from TBWCYL, Inc. spokesperson Ben Tanzer's shoot with you. Please do enjoy them and if they change your life, awesome, we're always thrilled to be of assistance in that capacity.

This Podcast Will Change Your Life, Episode Twenty-Eight - Poetry in Your Toes.

It was so overdue. And what is it that was so overdue you ask? A podcast with long-time TBWCYL, Inc. favorite Jacob Knabb of course. We are calling this episode Poetry in Your Toes, though we were tempted to call it Flaccid, and Jacob not only brought along some friends, including the Barry Graham, Robyn Pennacchia and Kari Freitag, the first two of which starred with Jacob in the now award winning Fire Sale video, but he even takes some time to call out fellow West Virginian and TBWCYL, Inc. favorite Scott McClanahan on their respective positions on the West Virginianess of now long deceased short story writer Breece D'J Pancake. That said, we are all in agreement on the awesomeness of former West Virginia basketball star Kevin Pittsnogle, and to say this is quite good stuff overall, or that it is sure to change your life, well that would be quite the understatement indeed.
