The Bee-Loud Glade has been Holic'd.

Geeked about this. Writer, comix dude and always cool TBWCYL, Inc. favorite Nathan Holic has done a comic adaptation of the quite cool The Bee-Loud Glade by Steve Himmer which if we may be so bold is way cool indeed. Meanwhile given the rampant coolness at play here, we are confident you know what to do next. Cool?

I'm pumped about this too, Ben. And not only because I have a vested interest in Steve's book (in fact, it has very little to do with it). I'm just a geek, dig Nathan's work, and am stoked that it appeared in Atticus Review. I may even ask Nathan if he'd be interested in considering an entire graphic novel of BLG. (Nathan, are you listening?) I'm that geeked up about the whole deal.

That's a lot of geek. And we couldn't agree more. With all of it. You know what else we're thinking? How cool would it be if you invited Nathan to collaborate with TBWCYL, Inc. spokesperson Ben Tanzer on said graphic novel? You may not know this, but Ben has longed dreamed of working on a graphic novel, and to do so with someone like the Holic, who he also quite digs, and for you and Atticus, well that would be quite amazeballs indeed. And yes, we fully acknowledge that we have a big time vested interest in this.

I'm popping you an e-mail to discuss your tantalizing idea of collaboration. I had already sent a query to Nathan about the prospects of working with him individually before reading here about your keen interest. I'm open to seeing where this may take us.
