How To Be An Underground Lit Legend.

It will come as no surprise to you that among our many lofty goals here at TBWCYL, Inc., world media domination, changing lives, selling many, many books, breaking bread with Elizabeth Crane on monthly, nay weekly basis, one we especially cherish is some day becoming an underground lit legend. The steps towards accomplishing this have not always been clear to us though, early death, publishing something that actually merits some level of accord, what, we just didn't know. So imagine how happy we were to discover the new piece by our friend and This Zine Will Change Your Life contributor Tim Hall. The piece is most conveniently titled How to Be An Underground Lit Legend and it is on pages 11-12 in The Thousandth Monkey, the new zine from the quite cool The Guild of Outside Writers. Frankly, it's unbelievably helpful. For example, did you know that you need to "create your myth" or "pretend to have a sense of humor?" We didn't, but can we try to do these things? You bet we can. And we will. In fact, we really cannot begin to tell you how much this piece has changed our lives. Well actually we can, a lot, so who knows, check it out, it may change yours as well. And Tim, thanks man, seriously, rock on dude, rock on.
