TBWCYL. Inc. announces minor policy shift regarding responses to blog comments from the public.

During our last staff meeting here at TBWCYL, Inc. we were reviewing our policy and procedures manual and it came to our attention that while we do not tend to respond to comments on "This Blog Will Change Your Life," we not only have no formal policy against doing so, but we weren't all that sure that we had fully thought through this in the first place. This conversation was prompted in part by a comment that Pete Anderson of Pete Lit had made to us over lunch about how impressed he was by a blogger who responded to all of the comments they received. As we thought about it, the idea of responding to comments just seemed like good business to us, and as you know we are all about good business here at TBWCYL, Inc. We want to be transparent, but we also want to engage our consumers and communicate with the people. And so, we intend to start doing so now. Yes, right now. There, we did it. What do you think?

Thank you Nick, we are nothing without our beloved customers. That, and our massive self-love of course.

I often wonder, "How does TBWCYL, Inc. do it?" I think the answer's simple: Volume.

And as you well know Don, when we're not changing lives, we're making change.
